This is an HCS200 hard-clad silica (H-PCF) fiber jumper terminated with an SMA905 connector for 230 um fiber. HCS200 offers higher temperature capability and bandwidth than POF while keeping a large 230 um core that is easy to couple with SMA905.

HCS200 is a hard-clad silica fiber (core 200 um / fluoroacrylate hard cladding 230 um) used in industrial, sensor and power-delivery links. The SMA905 metal connector gives a rugged, repeatable termination.
Because HCS200 has a 230 um OD (vs 1.0 mm POF), the SMA905 ferrule bore and assembly must be specific to this fiber – it is not interchangeable with POF SMA905.

FAQ
Can I use a POF SMA905 connector on HCS200? No. HCS200 is 230 um hard-clad silica while POF is 1000 um plastic; the ferrule bore, assembly and polishing are different. Use the HCS200-specific SMA905 termination.
