This is a slim black PE tight-buffer POF cable with a 1.0 mm PMMA core and a 1.35 mm outer diameter. Its compact size makes it suited to indoor ducting, FTTH-style short links and dense cabling where a thick 2.2 mm cable would be too large.
Product Overview
The 1.35 mm OD is a tight buffer: the PE jacket directly surrounds the 1.0 mm fiber with no strength member. This keeps the cable slim and flexible for patch-cord and short-link use. It maps approximately to family row H02 (1.3 outer / 1.0 core / ≤0.25 dB/m / 1000 m).
Optically it is the same step-index PMMA fiber as the other CC2-1000X2 family cables: core RI 1.49, cladding RI 1.41, NA 0.5.

Is 1.35mm OD suitable for outdoor direct burial? No. This is a tight-buffer indoor cable. For outdoor or direct-burial runs use a stronger jacketed or armored POF; the 1.35mm version is intended for indoor ducts, patch panels and short links.
