Asahi Kasei TCV-1000 (simplex) and TCV-1000W (duplex) PMMA POF cables with PVC jacket, 1.0mm fiber / 2.2mm OD, NA 0.50, -40 to +80 C, 500m drums.
The TCV-1000 and TCV-1000W are Asahi Kasei’s PVC-jacketed PMMA POF cables, with a 1.0 mm fiber in a 2.2 mm jacket. TCV-1000 is simplex and TCV-1000W is duplex.
Product Overview
The PVC jacket gives a flexible, low-cost, general-purpose cable rated −40 to +80 °C. Where fire-smoke rules require LSZH, use the TCU series instead; TCV is the standard indoor industrial PVC option.
Optically it is the same step-index PMMA: core RI 1.49, cladding RI 1.4, NA 0.50, 500 m drums.
