This is a large-core fused-silica (quartz) optical fiber patch cord terminated with SMA905 connectors on one or both ends, used to deliver light in medical and illumination equipment. This is fused silica (quartz) large-core fiber for medical/illumination light delivery, not PMMA POF.
Which core diameter should I order?
