Why does the listing say 0.5mm?
The source quick-detail field is a template mismatch quoting the DB-500 row. The folder identity and the Asahi grade table both confirm DB-1500 = 1.5 mm, 30 mm bend, 750 m roll.
How does it compare with DB-1000?
DB-1500 is 1.5 mm (30 mm bend, 750 m roll); DB-1000 is 1.0 mm (20 mm bend, 1,500/5,250 m). The thicker DB-1500 passes more light per strand.
